WHOLESALE ORDER GUIDE

Please note: All wholesale items have AO or WH at front of product title and are only accessible from the initial wholesale collection page. In order to shop wholesale only and avoid retail pricing please avoid shopping from the navigation bar at the top. We recommend opening products in a new tab or going back a page once you are done looking at a product.

Step 1: Select the Collection you would like to shop from (At-Once, Pre-Book)

Step 2: Review our Size Guide and add items to cart. All prices listed reflect wholesale pricing. Suggested retail price can be found in product description. 

Step 3: Before placing your order please check to make sure your order is meeting our minimum requirements.

• At-Once: Initial order: $1500/Restock order: $500
• Pre-Book: 4 Pieces per style per color or full size run/$3500
• Fragrance: $500

Step 4: Place your order and select your shipping method. After your order is confirmed our sales representative will reach out to make sure everything is in order.

• For At-Once orders, if you'd like to add shipping insurance you can confirm this with our sales representative.
• For Pre-Book orders shipping insurance is automatically added and you will be charged for shipping separately upon dispatch. If you do not want insurance added to your order the amount paid will be applied towards your shipping cost. 
• Any orders containing the Maiden Noir EDP 50ml Spray must be shipped ground and cannot be shipped internationally. 

Step 5: We will notify you when your order ships. For At-Once orders items will ship within a week of ordering. For Pre-Book orders items will ship by date listed in product description. If there are changes to this date you will be notified.

Step 6: Please check over all items upon arrival and notify us of any discrepancies or damages within 7 days of receiving your order so that we may correct any issues.
