1 HOUR IN-STORE APPOINTMENTS:

All appointments must be booked 24 hours in advance. Please email info@maidennoir.com for any questions regarding your appointment. 

Please select and add an appointment time to your cart and go through the checkout process (booking appointments are free. We will email to confirm the details of your appointment. Please keep your party to maximum of 2 people). You should receive an email from 'Sesami' confirming your appointment. If you do not receive this email please try booking again or contact us at info@maidennoir.com.

If you'd like to pre-order items and pick-up during your appointment please place orders at least 2 hours prior to your appointment time so that we may have it ready for you.

  • Thurs - Fri: 12pm - 6pm
  • Sat: Limited hours for pick-up only depending on availability
  • Sun: Closed

Safety:

- If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID-19 symptoms please cancel your appointment at least 24 hours prior to appointment time. (CDC Guidelines)

- Masks and social distancing required. Hand sanitizer will be provided upon entry. Masks and gloves are available upon request. Please avoid handling personal items while shopping (ie cell phones)

- Appointments are set for 1 hour with a 2 person maximum capacity. No pets allowed.

 

Order Pick-up: 

Pick-up are limited to Pick-up only. If you want to Shop, book an apparel appointment to try on or shop the collection with our in-house stylists as we may have overlapping visitors and unfortunately can only accommodate 2 guests per appointment. 

Want to shop with your Pick-up order - Select appointment & fill out your pre-appointment survey so we can assure there is a dedicated sales staff available to assist you with garments and sizing needs. If you have questions, email us info@maidennoir.com

 

Event / RSVP: 

Limited stock Releases. Appointments are required.

SELECT RSVP only for EVENT RELEASES, do not select 1 HR appointment 

There are a limited number of appointments on day of event.

Select 5pm or 6pm and arrive at the start of your appointment time.

Appointments are for purchase and guests can stay longer depending on event size, a limited amount of guests inside may be regulated to follow CDC & Washington State guidelines. Stock is limited on hand so be sure to show up at the start of your time slot.

Cost of Item will apply at check-out dependent on item. 

If an appointment time is not available stop by to be on the waiting list on event date during business hours noon - event start time of 5pm.
